Nunez made headlines after the game when he deleted all of the photos from his time in England. After leaving the stadium at full time, the Uruguayan international gave rise to speculation about his future.
Due to Nunez’s antics on social media, supporters began to worry that he would be moving in the summer during what is anticipated to be a busy transfer window when Jurgen Klopp moves on.
The striker also seemed to obstruct fans who had voiced their objections to him leaving Anfield and going right down the tunnel. The Uruguay international, who joined the team in 2022, has raised doubts about his future with the team due to his internet behavior.
This is the first time the striker has been seen in public since the weekend. Ronald Araujo, a defender for Barcelona and Nunez’s international teammate, shared a selfie of the two of them on Instagram as they were enjoying the warm weather.
Also, on Tuesday, the captain wrote, “My brother red love heart emoji,” on the defender’s tale. Even though it’s probably simply two friends sharing a harmless photo of themselves on social media, the post has drawn additional attention due to recent rumors about Nunez’s future.
