“It’s crazy to see” – Johan Ghazali hyped for Nabil Anane, Freddie Haggerty and next-gen ONE strikers

Young prodigy Johan Ghazali is excited to see the new generation of strikers emerging in the world’s largest martial arts organization, and he can’t wait to see them in action.

As one of the newest rising stars in ONE, the 17-year-old knows that he’s leading the charge for these young fighters, as his own dream comes true when he faces Mexican fighter Josue Cruz at ONE 168: Denver.

However, he also named several prodigies, such as Nabil Anane, Freddie Haggerty, and Ramadan Ondash, as some of the most exciting young talents in the promotion.

In an interview with South China Morning Post, Ghazali said:

“Nabil [Anane] has been doing some crazy things. He’s a hard fight for anyone. Freddie [Haggerty], I can see me and Freddie getting it on, sometime down the line.”

He further explained:

“Ramadan [Ondash], you know I’ve known Ramadan since we were kids. We’d always fight on the IFMA tournaments together. Since we were small, we would always play together. It’s cool to see the both of us getting on ONE Championship now. It’s crazy to see. The new generation is coming. It’s coming fast.”
