Karl-Anthony Towns’ GF’s mom questions logic of California’s $150,000 home loan bill for undocumented immigrants

Minnesota Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns has been with girlfriend Jordyn Woods since 2020. Woods’ mother, Elizabeth Woods, is also a prominent social media figure with over 340,000 Instagram followers.

Elizabeth also launched the Woods Management Group, a talent management and entertainment company.

In an Instagram story post, she took issue with a bill passed by the California State Senate, providing undocumented immigrants up to $150,000 in state-supported home loans.

“But we can’t qualify for anything if you live here???? Make it make sense,” Woods captioned her post, arguing against the loan bill for undocumented immigrants.

Woods took issue with the bill given the difficulty for citizen residents to qualify for loans while the California State Senate offers $150,000 housing loans to these undocumented immigrants.

Her concern is part of a wider controversy surrounding the United States’ left-leaning immigration laws that a lot of Republicans strongly oppose.
