Serena Williams and her husband Alexis Ohanian showered daughter Adira Ohanian with love on her social media debut. The couple’s reaction was to a carousel of select pictures of the 1-year-old around the Ohanian household.
Adira Ohanian’s account was made in collaboration with her parent’s account. It has garnered 41K followers since its first post on Sunday, 13 October. The account follows the Williams sisters, Alexis Ohanian and elder sister Olympia Ohanian.
Alexis Ohanian reacted to Adira Ohanian’s pictures on Instagram and highlighted the similarity between the two siblings.
“You sure these aren’t old @olympiaohanian photos!!!???” Alexis reacted on Instagram.
The 23-time Grand Slam champion joined her husband and gushed over baby Adira.

The couple’s reaction also set a flurry of comments by fans on the sisters’ resemblance to their father.
Adira is the fourth member of the family to take to the platform after parents and sister Olympia Ohanian. The latter’s account was created a couple of weeks after she was born in 2017 and has since been regularly updated by her parents.

7-year-old Olympia Ohanian (639K followers) made her Instagram debut on 13 September 2017 with an adorable picture of the 2-week-old in a yellow onesie.
In the picture, the infant could be seen sleeping with her hand below her chin appearing to be lost in thought. The picture at the time was accompanied by a witty caption with a running emoji (presumably for Williams) and a man-behind-laptop emoji (presumably for Ohanian):
“Thinking about mommy and daddy”
Doting mother Serena Williams also often posts pictures and videos of her daughters playing, cooking or working out. In a 2021 interview with People, the former World No. 1 spoke about the deep impression that motherhood made on her.
“It gives me a lot of reason beyond what I do, and so, it’s really important,” she said in 2021. “I’ve been so focused on my career my whole life, but when I had a family and got married, I realized that there’s so much more to life. And that was great.”
The tennis great later hung up her racquet at the 2022 US Open.
