Liverpool are reportedly interested in both Milos Kerkez and Oihan Sancet as potential additions to their squad.
Kerkez, the 21-year-old left-back currently playing for Bournemouth, has impressed since joining the club in 2023. The Hungarian international, who was previously linked with a move to Anfield, received praise from his national team captain, Dominik Szoboszlai, following Liverpool’s 2-0 victory over Manchester City. Kerkez celebrated the win with Szoboszlai on Instagram, commenting “Big bro,” which further fueled rumors of a potential move to Liverpool. The Reds are considering Kerkez as a future replacement for Andy Robertson, who is now 30, though they face competition from Manchester United for his signature.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are also eyeing Athletic Bilbao’s Oihan Sancet, a versatile midfielder who has enjoyed a standout season. The 24-year-old has scored eight goals in 15 appearances, helping his team to a strong position in La Liga. Sancet’s ability to play in multiple midfield roles, along with his height and technical skills, make him an attractive option for Liverpool. The Reds are reportedly preparing an €80 million bid for the Spain international, who has earned four caps for La Roja.
Both players would add depth and quality to Liverpool’s squad, with Kerkez offering a long-term solution at left-back and Sancet providing creativity and goals in midfield.
