LeBron James’ agent Rich Paul backs fiancee Adele’s rainy performance with a special message

LeBron James’ agent Rich Paul delivered a special message to his fiancee Adele, who performed amid the rainy weather at Messe München’s 80,000-seat outdoor arena in Munich, Germany. The English singer recently announced her engagement to Paul, who she has been dating since 2021.

In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Paul wrote a supportive message for his other half. Adele is currently in her second concert residency in the city where she has been performing twice a week this month.

“The show must go on!,” Paul said.

Adele’s performance on Wednesday was affected by a huge downpour that has hit Munich for days. However, it didn’t derail her performance as she continued to give her best to the audience. She even joked about the rain possibly stopping during a performance of her song called “Set Fire to the Rain.”

“If it stops raining when I do ‘Set Fire to the Rain,’ I’m going to be f**king furious,” Adele said. [H/T Billboard]
The 36-year-old singer has been inspired since the announcement of her engagement to Paul last week. A fan tried to propose to her, and that was when she confirmed that she had already taken the next step in her relationship with the 43-year-old agent.

“I can’t marry you. ‘Cause I’m already getting married,” Adele said

Rich Paul is not just the fiance of one of the most popular singers in the world. As the founder and CEO of Klutch Sports, he is also one of the most powerful sports agents—representing some of the biggest basketball stars, including LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

The agency had a huge offseason with LeBron’s free agency and his son, Bronny, getting drafted by the LA Lakers. There was controversy surrounding Bronny’s selection since some scouts thought that he was not ready for the NBA.

Fans also believed that Bronny only got drafted because LeBron wanted to play with his son and used it as leverage for his new contract. However, Paul revealed on “The Pat McAfee Show” that it was Jeanie Buss who made the call to pick the USC prospect.

“Look, Jeanie Buss decided that she’s making this call, and she’s been able to see Bronny in all aspects not only from a basketball perspective but also from a character perspective,” Paul said on The Pat McAfee Show.

“And he has everything that aligns with the Laker brand. And so, you have to make that type of call. At the end of the day, we’re not going to spend too much time on that. Bronny has to work his way, and he will.”
