Australian-Thai star and former ONE world title challenger ‘Mini T’ Danial Williams has regained his mojo after a stellar performance against a young rising star in his last outing.
Williams snapped his four-fight losing streak by taking out Chinese phenom ‘The Prince’ Banma Duoji at ONE Fight Night 25 on Prime Video earlier this month.
‘Mini T’ scored a unanimous decision victory over his opponent, using his veteran experience and ring savvy to take home the win. Williams says it has done wonders for his confidence, which was lacking heading into the contest.
Speaking to Sportskeeda MMA in an exclusive interview, Williams shared his thoughts on his performance.
‘Mini T’ stated:
“So cardio wise, it didn’t feel too good. And there’s a lot of change in this camp too. So yeah, mentally a little struggle. The win means a lot because it just brings the confidence back.”
ONE Fight Night 25: Nicolas vs. Eersel II on Prime Video took place live at the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday, Oct. 5.
Fans in the United States and Canada can catch all the action via replay on-demand with an active Amazon Prime Video subscription.
