Christian Lee, the reigning and undisputed ONE lightweight and welterweight MMA world champion, has been exploring new training opportunities to further improve his skills. Earlier this year, Lee and his brother, Adrian Lee, traveled to South Florida to train at Kill Cliff FC, where they worked with notable fighters like former ONE Championship titleholder Aung La N Sang. The Lee brothers decided to step outside their usual training environment at their family-run Prodigy Training Center in Hawaii, seeking fresh perspectives and new challenges in their preparation.
Speaking in a recent interview with ONE Championship, Christian Lee shared his experience at Kill Cliff FC, saying, “We took some time off because a lot of it was just training with the two of us. We went and took a trip to Florida. We trained at Kill Cliff with coach Henry [Hooft] and that was a great time over there. A lot of good guys and I will definitely be back there sometime down the line. It’s a really, really good gym with good guys.”
Now, Lee is preparing to defend his ONE lightweight MMA title against unbeaten Alibeg Rasulov at ONE Fight Night 26: Lee vs. Rasulov on December 6, 2024, at the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. The event will be broadcast live for free in U.S. primetime to fans with an active Amazon Prime Video subscription.
