17-year-old Malaysian teenage sensation ‘Jojo’ Johan Ghazali is one of the fastest-rising stars in ONE Championship today, and the bustling young star isn’t really scared of much, especially anything in the ring.
However, Ghazali admits that one man terrifies him in the world’s largest martial arts organization—and it’s because of his nickname.
Speaking to the South China Morning Post in a recent interview, Ghazali revealed who he thinks has the promotion’s coolest, and likely scariest, moniker.
‘Jojo’ said:
“Seksan’s is pretty cool [The Man Who Yields to No One]. He yields to no one, that’s scary. I think it would be Seksan, now that I think of it.”
Seksan Or Kwanmuang is one of the most explosive fighters in ONE Championship, and is known for his near-indestructible chin. ‘The Man Who Yields To No One’ loves to trade strikes for the pleasure of the action, and it’s something that Ghazali says absolutely mesmerizes him.
Fans can see Seksan Or Kwanmuang and Johan Ghazali in action next weekend when the two head to Denver for ONE 168.

Ghazali is set to lock horns with Mexico’s ‘Tuzo’ Josue Cruz in a flyweight Muay Thai match. ‘Jojo’ is coming off the first setback of his professional fighting career and is looking to bounce back in epic fashion.
Meanwhile, Seksan is set to throw down with British Muay Thai icon ‘Hitman’ Liam Harrison in a battle for the ages.
Both fights go down at ONE 168: Denver, which broadcasts live from the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, on Friday, September 6.
